Champagne coupes are a rarity these days, having been driven underground by critics who insist that "the bubbles last longer in champagne flutes." Who cares what they say? If you want to feel like Cary Grant or Eva Marie Saint or Audrey Hepburn, this may be the glass for you. Lovely glasses, nice crystal, the price is quite reasonable and they can do double duty for handsome servings of dessert or appetizers. What difference does it make if the bubbles last longer in a flute? Instead of standing around holding your glass, drink up. You'll never know whether they would have lasted longer hypothetically.
