If you are a wine lover and you don't want to buy a glass per type of wine you should consider these.
There are made for Riesling/Zinfandel wine but you can easily use them for all type of wine (since Riedel does not provide any universal glass).
There are not too fragile but you should still use them with caution, it's made of cristal.
I sincerely think that you should not put them in a dishwasher even if they are dishwasher safe, because they will likely get a taste (like everything in a dishwasher).

An alternative can be Spiegelau (own by riedel) there are cheaper than riedel (because there are not made of cristal) but way more difficult to find in US.
